Objective To investigate the impact of hierarchical management on job burnout and nursing quality among hematology nurses.Methods A total of eighteen nurses from the Department of Hematology of Jilin University-China Japan Friendship Hospital were selected as the research subjects.From June to December 2024,routine responsibility management was implemented(routine responsibility management group);from January to June 2025,hierarchical management was implemented(hierarchical management group),the job burnout,management satisfaction and nursing quality of nurses under different management modes were compared.Results The scores of emotional exhaustion,dep-ersonalization and occupational efficacy of nurses in the hierarchical management group were 18.67±4.71,4.59±1.93 and 30.54±4.89,respectively,which were better than those in the routine responsibility management group 24.53±4.39,11.67±3.15 and 26.97±5.33,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.861,8.131,2.094;all P<0.05).The management satisfaction score of nurses in the hierarchical management group was 93.73±6.08,which was higher than that in the routine responsibility management group 78.83±5.46,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(t=21.428,P<0.05);the work content,scheduling and grouping,training and development,and performance evaluation scores of nurses in the hierarchical management group were higher than those in the routine responsibility management group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total score of nursing quality of nurses in the hierarchical management group was 90.57±5.76,which was higher than that in the routine responsibility management group 79.57±6.13,and the difference was statistically significant(t=18.772,P<0.05);the nursing norms,specialized operation,communication skills and service quality of nurses in the hierarchical management group were higher than those in the routine responsibility management group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical management of nurses in the department of hematology can effectively reduce the job burnout of nurses,improve their personal accomplishment and management satisfaction.By optimizing the allocation of human resources and clarifying job responsibilities,the overall quality of nursing can be improved.
